Visit of the Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the State of Qatar
On May 26–27, 2025, Mrs. Munira Aminova, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, paid a working visit to the State of Qatar, during which meetings were held with representatives of Qatari government and public institutions.
During negotiations with the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Qatar Fund for Development, Qatar Charity, the General Directorate of Endowments, and the University of Doha for Science and Technology, prospects for bilateral cooperation were discussed.
Special attention was given to the development of joint projects in the areas of education, healthcare, social protection, and skills enhancement for youth. The parties acknowledged the importance of strengthening engagement between the two nations and expressed their willingness to further exchange experiences and collaborate in these fields.
This visit reaffirmed the strong partnership between Uzbekistan and Qatar and marked an important step in advancing new initiatives aimed at expanding bilateral cooperation.
