On March 1, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a phone conversation with Jeyhun Bayramov, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan.
During the discussion, views were exchanged on the situation in the Middle East and its regional consequences.
The unity of positions on the importance of safeguarding state sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as strict adherence to international law, was reaffirmed.
The shared commitment to resolving all tensions through dialogue and diplomatic means in the interest of maintaining peace and stability was confirmed.
