On the Meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Uzbekistan
On November 18, deputy minister of foreign affairs of Uzbekistan Muzaffar Madrakhimov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Uzbekistan Jozsef Rozsa.
The meeting discussed the current state and prospects of Uzbek-Hungarian cooperation in political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres, as well as plans for 2026.
The parties supported further strengthening of the partnership and enriching it with practical substance.
Following the meeting, agreements were reached on holding a number of joint events, including political consultations between foreign policy departments, upcoming meetings of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation and the Business Council, as well as regional forums and university rectors’ forums.
