On a meeting with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan
On August 20, 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Uzbekistan Huseyn Guliyev.
The main focus was on reviewing the implementation of the agreements reached following the Uzbekistan–Azerbaijan summit held in early July of this year in the city of Baku.
An exchange of views took place on the implementation of joint events dedicated to the thirtieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
Mutual interest was confirmed in continuing a systematic dialogue in the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance.
