Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan had a phone conversation
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin. Foreign Ministers underscored that strong bonds of friendship and good neighborliness, based on mutual trust, support and strategic partnership, continue to grow actively.
As noted, during the state visit of Uzbekistan President to Dushanbe in 2024 both nations reached significant agreements on key areas of cooperation, and the signing of the Treaty on Allied Relations marked a new era in our partnership. “Confident that our continued joint efforts will further strengthen bilateral relations and bring new achievements for our brotherly nations in 2025”, stated Uzbekistan Foreign Minister.
