On March 1, Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov had a phone conversation with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.
The parties exchanged views in detail on the situation in the Middle East.
Solidarity with Qatar was expressed and the sincere sympathy of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was conveyed.
