Foreign Minister Received Copies of the Credentials of the Newly Appointed Ambassador of Switzerland
On August 11, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received copies of the credentials from Simone Giger, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Swiss Confederation to Uzbekistan.
During the conversation, particular attention was paid to further enhancing political dialogue between the countries, expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation, advancing industrial cooperation, and promoting new joint projects.
The Foreign Minister wished the Ambassador every success in her responsible diplomatic mission and reaffirmed full support for her efforts aimed at further developing Uzbekistan–Switzerland relations.
