Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan met with Deputy Head of Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC)
On August 20, 2025, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Munira Aminova, held a meeting in Bahrain with Adnan Al-Mahmood, Deputy Head of Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC).
During the meeting, prospects for strategic partnership within the framework of Uzbekistan’s National Program for the Development of the Chemical Industry were discussed.
The foreign side expressed interest in implementing investment projects, emphasizing the country’s strategic location and its potential in the field of deep raw material processing.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to develop cooperation in the field of agrochemistry, to prepare a visit of a GPIC delegation to Uzbekistan, and to establish a joint working group for project elaboration.
