On January 8, 2024, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic Musa Jamanbaev.
During the conversation, the parties noted with satisfaction the positive dynamics of fruitful interaction between the two countries, based on the principles of friendship, good-neighbourliness and strategic partnership.
They discussed the issues of implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level, as well as projects in the fields of industry, energy, agriculture, water management, and transportation.
An exchange of views also took place on the continuation and strengthening of regional dialogue on issues of interaction at multilateral platforms.
The importance of carrying out comprehensive and thorough work in preparation for upcoming events at various levels was underscored.
