Meeting with the USAID Mission Director in Uzbekistan

On January 9, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Muzaffar Madrakhimov held talks with the Director of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Uzbekistan David Hoffman.
The parties conducted a detailed review of Uzbekistan’s interaction with USAID and exchanged views on priority areas for further deepening multifaceted cooperation.
The sides considered proposals for the implementation of joint projects and programs aimed at developing the healthcare sector, modernizing the education system, ensuring sustainable economic development, strengthening energy security and expanding international trade.
