On April 25, 2024, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Muzaffar Madrakhimov met with the Director of the Central Asian Regional Information and Coordination Centre for combating the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors (CARICC) Yazlyyev Atageldi.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the development of cooperation within CARICC in the field of countering the drug threat in the Central Asian region, in particular in the fight against drug trafficking.
